My dog has an ear infection and we can’t get him to the vet until tomorrow. Is it OK to give him human ear drops for pain?

They are called "A/B Otic Drops". Active ingredients per mL: Antipyrine 54mg, Benzocaine 14mg, Glycerin qs to 1mL, Hydroxyquinoline Sulfate.
