Which is better? FRONTLINE PLUS or K9 ADVANTIX??? Is there anything cheaper out there that works just as well? Anything for heartworm too???

I bought a $10 flea/tick injection tube for the dog from my local pet store, but I’m not sure if it works as well as the name brand. I also want something that can possibly repel mosquitoes. Anything for that???

i like advantix but have a cat so stick to frontline. as far as heartworms i use heartguard. i am really happy with the results of both. advantage is pretty good as well. the generic over the counter brands just dont work as well stick to the stuff from your vet. it costs more but you get what you pay for. good luck
