It's hard for her to get up. We have try ed to give her med.s from her vet, They didn't work. So what can we do for her ?

I would recommend calling the vet back to let them know what's going on.

Also, as far as the issue of medicines there are places where you can get them for cheaper than at the vet's office (I did this several times with the medicines my dog had to take when he was alive-he died almost 7 months ago due to old age, he was 17 1/2 years old).

If the vet says about bringing the dog back in for a check-up ask them about making payments on the bill to help with some of the cost. In the mean time keep her resting lots as that should help ease some of the pain.
