My dog today is having some pain i can’t tell where he is feeling it or what it could be.He can walk fine but gets a sharp pain as he randomly cries out.He isn’t moving around as much because the pain has upset him but i don’t know what it could be.He is eating, drinking fine.He hasn’t been to the toilet since morning so im thinking it may be constipation although this long without the toilet isn’t uncommon for him so i don’t really know what it is and im worried….any ideas?

We would only be guessing why he might be in pain. If your dog is in pain, then you need to take him to the vet and have him looked at. We are not vets, and cannot diagnose your dog over the Internet. There are so many different reasons, why he could be in pain, and the only person that can tell you what that reason is, is a vet!
