My dog hasn’t been sleeping for a day now, she went to the vet to get checked up and had medication for her stomach, but she cannot rest because of the pain. Even when she’s about to lay on her stomach she goes right back up because she can’t bear the pain.

Call your vet!, this is not normal! They will give you something for her to be more comfortable. It’s not fair to leave her in pain.
