Okay our dogs got into a fight and one ended up getting wounds on her body, they dont look to bad and the only places that really hurt her are the places that seem brusied. She is barely eating and drinking and is always panting. What could we give her to relieve at least some of her pain?

If she's barely eating and drinking, and panting because of the amount of pain she's in, she very obviously needs to get to the vet ASAP to be checked out for possible internal injuries. Also, there are NO human pain meds that a dog can take long term safely.
